By accessing or subscribing to BTR Terminal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all subscribers, visitors, and users.

Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, financial product, or instrument. You acknowledge that:

• You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

Access to BTR Terminal requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. You must maintain valid payment information on file to continue receiving the Service.

Subscription fees are charged in advance. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in immediate suspension of access.

By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that, as a result, you waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to digital content or services.

The Service is delivered electronically via Telegram. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted within minutes of confirmed payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your confirmation email or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

• Monthly subscriptions: access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: access continues through the end of the annual term.
• Your Telegram access will be revoked at period end.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any Content without written permission.
• Screenshot, copy, or forward Content to non-members.
• Use Content to manipulate markets, engage in insider trading, or violate applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or undermine the Service's security measures.
• Share your Telegram invite link or account credentials with others.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination without refund.

All Content published by BTR Terminal is our proprietary intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view Content for your own informational purposes only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT. MARKET INTELLIGENCE, BY ITS NATURE, IS UNVERIFIED UNTIL CONFIRMED BY OFFICIAL SOURCES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BTR TERMINAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
