Refund Policy

Overview
BTR Terminal provides a digital information service delivered immediately upon subscription activation. Due to the nature of digital content delivery and immediate access, our refund policy is strictly limited as described below.
Digital Goods — Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By completing checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once service delivery has begun.
This applies to subscribers in all jurisdictions, including EU/EEA consumers who would otherwise have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive — by requesting and receiving immediate access, that right is waived.
48-Hour Window
As a goodwill measure, we offer a one-time refund within 48 hours of initial subscription if:
- You have not accessed the private Telegram group, AND
- You request the refund by contacting us via Telegram within 48 hours of payment.
This is a goodwill gesture and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion if access has been used.
No Refunds After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, all sales are final. We do not offer:
- Partial-period refunds.
- Refunds based on dissatisfaction with intelligence quality.
- Refunds for annual subscriptions after the 48-hour window.
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started.
Cancellations vs. Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are different. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current period — access continues through the period end date.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us via Telegram before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent account termination.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Telegram with:
- Your subscription email address.
- The date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
