• Email address — provided during checkout via Stripe.
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Telegram user ID and username — collected during the Telegram verification flow.
• Subscription and billing data — plan type, billing dates, subscription status.
• Legal acceptance records — timestamps of Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy acceptance.

We use collected information to:

• Provision and maintain your subscription and Telegram access.
• Process payments and manage billing via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (payment confirmations, access notifications, billing alerts).
• Enforce our Terms of Service, including access revocation on cancellation.
• Maintain compliance records and audit trails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our database provider. Data is stored in the US. Governed by Supabase's DPA.
• Telegram — to provide group access. Governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We retain your subscription data for a minimum of 7 years for financial compliance purposes, even after cancellation. You may request deletion of non-essential data (such as Telegram identity) by contacting us via Telegram.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
